IR & Security Manager – West Sumatra

Core responsibilities will include:

* Coordinate the implementation of company regulation and business process as on CLA and government rules and regulation
* Coordinate to implement excellent wealthy program for employee
* Coordinate and implement the control and disciplinary reinforcement as on rules and regulation and code of business conduct
* Gain communication and harmonize relation thru Bipartite, Tripartite, and LKS Bipartite
* Reperesent company on CLA negotiation process and signing
* Represent company to gain excellent relation with community, government and local authority
* Coordinate government report of labor and workforce as required
* Observe exit interview
* Submit recommendation and reference to employee left company
* Coordinate the religious activities and company event
* Develop subordinates

Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualifications:

* Holding minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in related major from reputable university
* Minimum 3 years experience in the same field on FMCG, or 3 years on supervisory level in Industrial Relation
* Willing to be relocated in Central Sumatra area
* Possess excellent knowledge of Government Regulation specifically in Manpower
* Good English communication skill is a must
* Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, communication skill and conceptual thinking
* Demonstrate Persuasiveness and Influence
