Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing support to end users in area of SAP Operations and/or Applications.
Responsible for day to day support of SAP operations
Attend to end user queries and requests and recommend solutions
Provide functional and technical support on SAP solutions to business process
Perform system feasibility studies, analysis and design to meet user requirements and application
Design, configure, code and test programs to support the application systems development plan
Participate in rollout, enhancement and upgrade projects as and when they arise
Requirements:
Must possess Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering Industrial, Accounting, Management.
2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Has strong analytical skills and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently & effectively as a team.
Able to think creatively and solve complex technical problems
Able to work in multi-national team under pressure and within tight deadline
Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skill, ability to communication effectively with people from all levels and culture
Pleasant disposition, meticulous, independent, able to work within team and willing to work after hours when need arises
Able to communicate in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
